Henry – I m the CEO !!!
Born in Brittany too long ago… He spent 20 years in land base Entertainment and gaming industry with a start on cruise ship as blackjack dealer.
It is in 1998 he launched his first online casino with a first site on servers hosted in a garage in CostaRica…. He then co-founded B3W in 2002 and launched the very first Flash casino site and casino games (all in house), 2007 B3W moved to Malta for license purposes. Thomas was one of the 1rst on board.
In 2018, Henri co-founded Baluta Games, providing light games for the the African Market. In 2020, he decided to create a platform to offer his games as well as other providers games and give to his clients an easy effective way to propose, promote and follow up the performance of their casino offer. That’s when Martin stepped in to design the platform and eventually be partner in the project and when Thomas felt he had to jump into the wild world of entrepreneurship to give birth to “Bellagio”.

Born in 1975 on the beautiful Malta in the middle of the Mediterranean sea, Martin started his IT career in the early 90s.
Initial roles varied between Technical Support and Software Development in the CRM/ERP sector for an IBM partner in Malta which led him to move to London for the same company to follow international clients with their successful CRM solution.
From 2002 till 2016 Martin focused on technical consultancy for IBM in Milan, General Electric in Florence, EU Entities in Malta, and various large B2B projects. Martin moved back to Malta in 2016 where he entered the Gaming Industry for the first time, working for companies like Casumo, Bit8 and Run It Once, working on Infrastructure, DevOps, SEO, Platform Design and Development. In 2020 Martin joined Henri and Thomas in the adventure to build Bellagio Services.
Thomas – I m the CCO !!!
Born close to Paris and armed with a seriously French accent, Thomas also holds a diploma in Business Management.
However, it was on a flight to Malta in 2007 where his life really took off. A chance meeting of paths with Henri would lead to the world of iGaming; in at B3W only to spend the majority of years at BetClic where he departed as leader of the Key Account Operation Department.
The close relationship with Henri hit new heights in the first lockdown period of2020 and between bright minds, Bellagio Services was born!
